Ready Player one
In 2045 in a bleak and broken down dystopia, people rely on the OSASIS, a virtual reality universe, to break away from the chaos of living day to day. After the creator of OASIS, James Halliday, dies he releases a video promising to give his immense fortune to OASIS users who find an Easter Egg that he left behind. Wade Wyatt decides to join the quest and becomes an unlikely hero in a reality twisting adventure.
Ready Player One is based on the novel written by Ernest Cline, who also wrote the screenplay with Zak Penn. Master director Steven Speilberg directs this science fictional adaptation. The film stars Tye Sheridan and Olivia Cooke and has plenty of appearances from pop culture favorites. It comes out March 30, 2018.
